Shipping Policy

Welcome to Sew Demicious! We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for all the details on how we process and ship our orders.

General Information

All orders are processed and shipped from our location in the United Kingdom. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving your payment, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Please note that during busy periods (e.g., holidays or sales events), processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (UK)

Tracked Shipping:

  • Carrier: Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 business days from dispatch.

  • Cost: £3.50. This service includes a tracking number, which will be sent to you once the order is dispatched. Free for orders over £25.00. 

International Shipping

We are delighted to offer international shipping to a selection of countries.

  • Available Countries: We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and EU countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

  • Carrier: Royal Mail for tracked services.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 6-7 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination.

  • Cost: £6.95. This service includes a tracking number, which will be sent to you once the order is dispatched. Free for orders over £50.00. 

  • Customs & Import Duties:

    • Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country.

    • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

    • We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier's website.

​Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the destination, and the shipping method you select. We do our best to provide accurate and fair shipping rates.

Incorrect Address Details

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If an order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • Damaged Parcels: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s) and contact us immediately at chloe@sewdemicious.co.uk. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Lost Parcels: If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please wait 10 business days for UK, 28 business days for international before contacting us. This allows us to investigate with the carrier. After this period, we will assist you in lodging a claim and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
